Find Hotels with a Pool in Middle Dalmatia

I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. They were all so welcoming and gave us some welcome grappa as well as detailed information of restaurants and activities. It was close, walking distance if able, but...

Excellent property, well-managed, nice decor throughout

Personable experienced staff, will recommend to others.

Overall an amazing stay. Because it’s a smaller hotel chain, it’s very intimate. The staff knows who you are and take care of you 24/7. Sarah in the front and the bar staff were EXCELLENT. The food was all delicious, refreshing drinks, and the VIEW! 10/10 will come back. One of my favorite stays.

Amazing hotel with the best service ever. Great location close to the beach and 8 minute walk to downtown Split. Brand new so everything top notch. Comfortable beds, extra large bathroom with toilet (with all Occitane products) and another separate toilet. Balcony with a sea view and we chose a room with the jacuzzi which was an added bonus since it was too cold to use the infinity pool. Lovely sauna!! Everything was perfect and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Delicious...

The towels in the bathrooms were pretty worn. They could use some new ones. The staff was very attentive and they even had a nice workout room. We loved the large balcony.

The property was walkable to near by attractions.

The staff were very helpful and kind, and they even let me check in at 10:30 in the morning when I arrived. The room was very large with everything you could want or need. The property was close to the beach and an easy walk to the Riva. I also appreciate that the restaurant marked dishes as gluten free; it was one of the only ones in Split I found to do that.

Quiet area just outside of old Town. We walked to sold Town. Took us approx 15 minutes. Hotel looks new. Restaurant was great. Staff very attentive.

Beautiful well-kept modern hotel. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious with nice long hours to suit your schedule. Location was lovely - tucked into a nice neighborhood and near a beach, but an easy walk to central Split sights. Beautiful roof top pool with great views and sunsets!

Once we decided to stay outside of Split in the neighbouring town of Trogir, Brown Beach Hotel was an easy decision. On arrival, we were seated in the gorgeously designed lounge for the check in process, during which we were offered sparkling wine and cold towels to freshen up. Then we were shown to our rooms, which were equally pretty, and very spacious to boot. I had a front facing room, so had a lovely view of the Adriatic waters. The staff were all fantastic during our stay, and were...

Amazing hotel with beautiful views. Quiet, clean, and lovely atmosphere. Friendly professional staff. Good breakfast.

I didn't really want to give this 5 star review as this is my new favorite place and want to keep it a secret. It's a long flight for me but I will be back asap, hopefully my Birthday.

A great experience all around. Ivana arranged for a taxi pickup. I ended up using the same driver for all my taxi needs. The room was very clean, tidy and bed comfortable. All the staff were extremely nice. I would certainly book again.

Because of its location on Marjan Hill, it can be a little difficult to find without GPS. We left our car parked and walked up and down to the Riva. If you aren't in reasonably good shape, you might find this to be a problem. But, once you get there, you will find a marvelous hotel. Clean, well run, wonderful staff, good bar, nice swimming pool (and I'm not much for swimming). The breakfast buffet is good and you can tell they take pride in their work. The layout of the hotel is a bit quirky in...

Away from noise conjested down town Split. Across from nice public beach. A new place so everyone is trying hard and succeeding. For those of us who prefer modern conveniences, this was the right choice. Restaurant was very good after a long day of driving. Nice terrace. Great beds and modern bathroom. Two essentials. Easy to get to old town by bus but we drove. No problem parking.

Very good location. Very new. New furniture. Excellent breakfast. Very nice seating area and winter garden. Highly recommended.

Location allows easy access to most attractions and restaurants. Hotel limo driver was excellent.
