"This mountain house is absolute beauty! It is beyond gorgeous. The view is spectacular, the sunset is breathtaking. You have a 180 degrees view of West VA. The house itself is stunning, plenty of rooms to move around with our group of 15. We enjoyed the jacuzzi while admiring the beautiful sunset. "The inside of the property was clean, but a little more dated than the photos reveal. The outside of the property was not particularly well maintained. All of it was perfectly serviceable, just not as high-end as the photos would lead you to believe. The neighborhood is a mix of some nice places and some really not-nice places. On the plus side, the hot tub was well-maintained and the fire pit was A-OK. The check-in process was smooth and communication was excellent. If you are looking to eat...

"was expecting views from mountie and that was not present from this property. Great decks in woods but no “mountain” views. Great beds and pillows. Very comfortable for groups of 6-8"

"If you have kids you'd like to unplug and let bike, fish, or feed farm animals, this is the place! The staff are so kind and friendly. They delivered us fresh eggs our first day! The ponds are stocked so bring rods. Our 9-year-old caught his first largemouth bass all on his own. Also, George Washington stayed in a stone cottage out back. They set up a copy of his writing about it. We highly recommend this hidden gem!"

"Everything we could need or want was there for us. The Cabin was clean, welcoming and was comfoetable. We spent many hours on the screened in porch playing cards, at the main floor dining table with a puzzle and sunsets in the hot tub. Would come back again for sure! "
