"There was a mix up and the two queen beds I requested ended up being a king bed. Not ideal for 3 adults. The check in person found us a room with appropriate beds. Excellent customer service!! "

"The hotel staff was pleasant, the stay was not so pleasant. At first the tv wouldn’t work there was no signal but they tech took a little while but he finally came to the room and realized the cable box was not plugged in. He left and we realized about 30 minutes later the internet wasn’t connected to the tv so we couldn’t connect to Netflix or other streaming services. Then the handle to turn the water on flew off when we turned the shower on. And also we had a noisy neighbor that was screaming in the middle of the night. It was not the best experience. They did have very friendly staff and some really good cookies in the lobby. "

"Very happy with my stay here! The staff was super friendly, the coffee shop on property had the most deeeelicious latte that I had throughout my entire trip! Love how the whole property is decorated as well. Very charming! "
