"This was the worst experience ever we booked here 6 weeks in advance when we got here from hull with my missus and kids an 3 year old and 8 months old baby knly to find that someone else had booked it the same time and they were already here and when i phoned up the man didn't want to no plus they took our money it took my partner 3 hours to find another place amd het our money back the man was so rude didn't even apologise or offer us an alternative.."

"Awful property! Never stayed in such squalor! Bathroom absolutely disgusting, mould & mildew everywhere. shower broken, settee ready to collapse, beds need replacing, mattresses were full of lumps & bumps. Cut our trip short as it was completely inhabitable. The street is as rough as it gets, boarded up houses, graffiti everywhere and did not feel safe. Camera man must have been a magician as the photos bare no resemblance to the state & size of the property!"
