Oswald's Beach Retreat

Oswald's Beach Retreat is a beautifully renovated, original Middleton home tucked away at the quiet cul-de-sac end of Newell Avenue. This charming two-story, chalet- style retreat offers coastal views across the Esplanade reserve to the ocean and sweeping outlooks over Tokuremoar Reserve and wetlands.

Just a 200-metre walk from the beach, it is a peaceful base ideal for professionals, couples or friends seeking a relaxing coastal escape. The retreat sleeps up to 4 guests with a king bedroom downstairs and two king single beds upstairs, with all linen provided.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine and generous outdoor spaces including a covered veranda, BBQ, ping pong table and outdoor dining area -- perfect for unwinding in fresh sea air.

Please note: the upstairs loft has open style balustrading so the property might not suit young children.

Important : the property has security cameras installed outside to monitor the driveway and all entrances to the house.

Beautiful stay. Sensationally decked out in all spaces. We had everything we needed. Super comfy beds. Host has really thought of everything. Coffee pods, milk and water bottles in fridge as well as treats. Easy walk to beach and beach views.
