Sable Blanc on Newell - pets allowed - 3 min walk to the beach & fabulous views.

You will relax in comfort whilst enjoying the sea view with a possible sighting of the whales between June to Sept 🐳

The home comprises 3 bedrooms, the main is located upstairs with a Queen bed, built in robe and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedroom which is located downstairs have a Queen bed and a bunk bed in each - ideal for two families. Sleeps up to 10.

Two living areas feature comfortable lounges, televisions and a blu-ray player. The downstairs living area also includes a Wii with some games. Each living area has a variety of movies (DVDs) which you can enjoy both for children and adults.

The upstairs fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and Nespresso Machine (bring your own pods). While the downstairs kitchen is set up with breakfast plates, kettle and a toaster, & fridge.

Each level has its own fully tiled bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. The downstairs bathroom includes a small bath for the kids.

The laundry includes a front loader washing machine and drier & ironing facilities.

There is a Family WeberQ BBQ so you can cook up a storm.

There is also undercover parking on the side of the house

The home is air conditioned with 3 reverse cycle split system air-conditioners in the upstairs living & main bedroom and downstairs living with ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.

All Queen & Single bed Quilts, quilt covers, pillows and linen are included in the cleaning charge. Please bring your own beach towels.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is not available for schoolie celebrations nor as a party or function venue. Contravening this condition will result in eviction and full forfeiture of the bond.

Great family get away

Great spot for a break with family

Fabulous pet friendly Middleton beach stay

This is a clean, bright, spacious property situated just a few minutes walk from the beach at Middleton. It's well appointed, pet friendly, and the owners are very responsive. We have stayed here a few times before, and highly recommend it.

Fabulous Beach Getaway

We all love heading away to Sable Blanc, so much so it has become our annual summer beach getaway.Everything you need is there, great views of the sea, can easily watch the kids surfing from the dining table! Easy walk to the beach and our dog loves joining us too! Sleeping arrangements are also perfect, enables both our teenagers to invite a few of their mates down.We'll be back in 2026! :-)

Sable Blanc is a lovely property in an excellent location, just a couple of hundred metres from the beach in Middleton. The property is well equipped and professionally managed, clean, tidy and convenient.

Great, well appointed home from home at the beach

Sable Blanc is the perfect place for a short break away from the city. The house is roomy, bright, well appointed, has great views of the ocean and just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Perfect beach views, sunsets, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Was great that our teenage boys could invite a few of their mates during our stay and was so good we could bring our furry family member. He loved sitting out on the deck too, watching some surfing action! Thank you for a very enjoyable beach holiday :-)

Magnificent Sable Blanc on Newell

Magnificent house, view and position! Perfect for our teenage sons to invite their friends. Always love the fully equipped kitchen, makes for easy entertaining and of course we love being able to share our holiday getaway with our dog.

Perfect position, lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay at Sable Blanc. It's in a great spot to enjoy amazing views of the sea and sky, no matter the weather. So close to the beautiful Middleton beach. The house is perfect for a family (with dogs) with separate areas and places to come together. Clean, crisp but also homely. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home from home at fabulous beach location

We spent a week in this lovely home from home in Middleton and had a fantastic and restful time. The house is less than 5 minutes walk from lovely beaches and very conducive to taking long beach walks and cycling to Goolwa, Port Elliot or Victor Harbour. The property is exactly as described and well suited to a family with children and four legged friend.

Annual Summer Holiday

First time at Sable Blanc on Newell. Great location, views and layout. This well appointed house made for a very enjoyable experience. The convenience of linen and towels as well as Wi Fi being supplied were appreciated. Enjoyed every moment.

Sea views and relaxation

This was a great property for us and our 2 boys. It was well equipped, one street back from the beach and a great backyard for our dog who also got to enjoy the surf. Some places advertise a sea view but this was definitely one of the highlights of this location. The owners were fantastic with their communication and follow up.
