Briarwood Multifamily

  • This is a 3 story, 2 unit beach home as well as a 1 bdrm cottage (total of 3 units), with views of the reservoir and very close to the ocean. In addition to the close proximity of 1st beach (Easton's Beach), it is also a short distance to Middletown's 2nd and 3rd beaches. Walking distance to local shops/restaurants. The property has 1st floor and 2nd floor decks. There is also access to outdoor picnic area with grill. Perfect if you are looking for a beach getaway with friends and/or family.
