The team at STAY Newport was super responsive, though there wasn't much we needed, since the cottage was just as we expected and even better! Lots of room for our girls' trip and super close proximity to walk down to the beach. "We had a family trip with my dad to go back to where he was born in Middletown, and staying at Matt‘s place could not have been more perfect. It was well suited for our group, and could’ve handled even more! We felt at home and it was a very special trip. Matt was a fantastic coast, and we absolutely would recommend his place!"

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was extremely clean and very spacious! We were there celebrating my wedding and hosting many people. All the girls got ready there in the morning and we had so much room! Taking pictures in the home that will last us a lifetime made is super easy due to how clean and modern the home was.
