This private home with an additional back cottage offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort for your next getaway. Just a short walk to First Beach and a quick drive to Second Beach, you'll be surrounded by scenic beauty and coastal charm.



The front house features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths, while the back cottage offers 2 full bedrooms and 2 baths with its own fully-equipped kitchen—providing plenty of space for family and friends. Comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests, this property boasts high-end finishes throughout, including a gourmet kitchen, surround sound, and multiple gas fireplaces for cozy evenings. Enjoy spectacular views from the rooftop deck or unwind on the back deck, which is easily accessible from the kitchen.



The third-floor living room with a wet bar is perfect for relaxation or entertaining, and the outdoor spaces are just as impressive. You’ll love the large side yard, ideal for hosting outdoor events, as well as the outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. The property comes with 6 bikes for you to explore the area, and beach essentials are included to make your stay even more enjoyable.



With plenty of parking space and a prime location, you're just minutes from downtown Newport, with easy access to shops, restaurants, breweries, and more. Whether you're relaxing at the property or exploring the area, this vacation rental is sure to provide a memorable stay on beautiful Aquidneck Island!

Grab a drink from the 3rd floor wet bar area, includes ice maker and wine/drink refrigerator, then climb the spiral stairs to the rooftop deck complete with chaise lounges, turn on in house stereo system and enjoy sunbathing or a spectacular sunset over Newport bridge. Gas fireplaces in the master and gathering room take the chill out of a cool summer night.



Guest Access:

The entire property, both the main home and the side cottage, will be your private space during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

This home is dog-friendly, however, there's going to be a pet fee, which is $150/pet. Also, please know that the maximum dogs allowed per stay is 2 and is subject for approval. If you are bringing a dog you must let us know prior to your stay and shall never be left unattended in the property.

Last Minute Business Trip

After finding out we had booked hotel rooms with the wrong hotel there were no rooms available last minute for a group of six. Stay Newport was able to get us in last minute and the lodging was wonderful. Very responsive communication. Great location. Very clean and well taken care of property. We wish we could have stayed for a few more days!
