EASTON'S POINT: Bright, sunny, newly renovated 4 bedroom beach house, short walking distance to First Beach in Newport. Has all modern amenities: CENTRAL AIR, 2 Smart TV'S (55 inch LED flat screens), wireless internet/ cable TV/phone. Open floor plan. Living room with cathedral ceiling opens to recently built deck overlooking the ocean. Gas BBQ grill, granite countertops/bar with all new stainless appliances. Off street parking for 4 cars.

Very pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach and restaurants. Large yard, deck overlooking ocean, and 2 picnic tables. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, good for children. Dogs OK with written landlord pre-approval.

This 2-level home is ideal for 1 medium to large family or 2 small families. Upstairs features fully stocked kitchen, living/dining room, full bathroom with shower/ tub and 3 bedrooms (one with direct access to deck). Walk-out finished lower level features open floor plan with a living room with full and twin size futons, large bedroom with queen bed and large window overlooking the backyard, full bathroom and laundry room with extra large capacity washer and dryer and utility sink.

The house is suitable for up to 9 guests including children, or 8 adults.

4 Queen beds (2 Tempurpedic and 2 Beautyrest Black) as well as 1 full-size futon and 1 twin futon. Fresh linens and beach towels provided.

This place was excellent! We and our friends and children loved the property; it was clean, has a great yard, and is in close proximity both to numerous beaches and to Newport. Middletown itself was a cozy community that we loved, and Newport was an excellent place to visit. Everything about this stay was top-notch!

Very nice and clean home. Lovely area close enough to everything you would want to do, but far enough away from the traffic and noise. The home had everything you need for a great stay. If ever in the area again, would stay here.

Awesome property. Close to everything but away from the touristy crowds. Easy access to beach and cliff walk. Plenty of room. Our October family getaway was perfect. Would love to come back in warmer weather

Great house!

Owner very responsive - house very comfortable and in a wonderful neighborhood. Walkable to both First and Second Beach. 3 bedrooms upstairs +1 bath. 4th bedroom and second bath in the finished basement/downstairs. Nice set up for a family!

New Years Weekend

We had never been to Newport in the winter and this was a first for NYE to be away. We had a great time going to the shops and restaurants, visiting friends that were nearby and just relaxing at the house. We also walked the Cliff Walk and drove around the mansions. This house was close to all. Great time we all Loved It!

I would actually give this place 4.5 out of 5. The location is great - close to Newport and downtown Middletown. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and they even added a few holiday decorations, which I appreciated. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and our dog. Moe loved the backyard area - it's not completely fenced in but gave him enough room to run around. I'm not sure if the basement is on a different heating system, but it was really cold. I didn't reach out to the homeowner to inquire about it because we didn't hang out down there much but you could definitely feel the temperature difference. I will say having the extra bathroom and extra bedroom downstairs was perfect. The last comment is the kitchen. The kitchen is decently stocked but was missing a few key items if you plan on cooking a lot (which we did). If you don't cook much in the house then I think you'll have what you need. Overall, I thought the house was very nice and I would stay here again.

This was our second stay here. Awesome location - great neighborhood, easy walk to 1st beach and a short drive to everything else we wanted to do. The house is clean and airy with great light and with a nice deck. Very comfortable common space and pretty well equipped kitchen. Could use a few large serving size bowl that could also double as food prep bowls.
