"It’s a nice hotel, the room was big and the bed comfortable. There are no elevators but staff helped me with my bags with the stairs. I did find the receptionist to be a bit “prickly” not sure if she’s having a bad week but it wasn’t pleasant. But a nice hotel"

"The room was lovely and clean, missing a shelf in the bathroom but otherwise in great condition. We found the mattress to be too hard but the room was quiet with a nice view from the window. Breakfast was nice and the dining room wasn't crowded, the only thing missing for us was fried eggs. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the ships and Gunwharf Quay shops, cheap/free parking was another bonus. We would return to this hotel."
