I did not eat breakfast nor use the Pool! The staff were wonderful! Friendly! Accommodating! For a Marriot Bonvoy the property was below Bonvoy standard. I would not stay there again. I will say GREAT STAFF!

Conveniently located .. Reasonably priced… No indoor pool, carpet needs to be changed throughout the hotel..and the air freshener/disinfectant was over powering. But the rooms were clean and staff very courteous.

Everything was pleasant except I had no above mirror light. Hard to brush teeth without seeing or do hair and makeup. I moved the lamp into the bathroom to get light. Everything and everyone was pleasant.

For all the high reviews, we were very disappointed in the lack of amenities that would have really made the hotel a 5 star. Example: there were NO mirrors in the main bedroom. That meant if someone was using the bathroom, there were no mirrors available to curl hair, put on makeup, or check out your wardrobe. There was no free breakfast (only a high priced Bistro) or coffee available. I expected a rack in the lobby supplying me with tourist spots to see but nothing was available. And high on our wish- list is a high-rise toilet… not a small sub-standard height which these rooms contain (according to staff). Our knees are bad and it’s difficult to use this height… even the handicap rooms have these short toilets. We continued on our vacation for 2 more weeks, but chose not to stay in any of the Courtyard Hotels because of this experience.
