The home also has a 70inch outdoor tv with a patio bartop and fireplace. perfect for outdoor lounging and entertaining. The home is located in one of the best neighborhoods Midland has to offer and is minutes away from the towns best eateries and shopping centers.

the home has 3 parking spaces in front of the home with overflow parking in the rear of the house.
this is a smoke free property. 500$ violation fee.
smoking is allowed outside the home.
We do not allow pets.
we do not allow large groups or gatherings unless allowed by property management.
Due to Covid all open bottles will be removed from the property.
Drinks are not allowed on the pool table. felt cleaning fees are 500$ per violation
