Checking in could’ve been better, we didn’t get any instructions for how to check in so had to call property manager while walking around trying to figure it out. But other than that was a great time. The stairs are a little steep for us short folks, but the cute atmosphere made up for the hike up the stairs for sure. 😊"

The location is convenient but away from traffic and town which makes for a great get away. Over all if you are looking for a comfortable and quiet spot to relax a few days or even long term this is a great place to stay."

"Our concert date changed abruptly but the staff accommodated us quickly and without penalty which we greatly appreciated. Such a convenient location to American Airlines Center. Hotel was recently updated and looks great. There are still signs of the hotels age, leaky faucets. But overall it was a great stay and would book again if we are in the area, great price. Parking was a great price too. "
