"■設備★5 部屋は清潔感があり大変快適に過ごせました 駅徒歩2分。開放感のあるリビング。調理器具一式や食洗器も揃っており、非常に便利です ■問い合わせ対応★1 ・暗証番号の誤り：事前連絡されていた暗唱番号が間違っており、入室できず非常に困りました ・緊急連絡先の機能不全：緊急連絡先に電話をしたところ、オペレーターからは「私にはよく分かりません」と返答されてしまいました。他連絡先をどうにか聞き出そうとしていると、ようやく「オーナーに電話番号を伝えても問題ないか？」との申し出がありました。番号誤りは十分想定されるトラブルなので、対応マニュアルとして整備しておくべき案件でしょう。10分後、オーナー様から折返電話がありましたが、トラブル内容は共有されておらず、従業員教育が不十分であることを改めて感じました ・その後：電話にて正しい番号を教えてもらい、予定から25分遅れて入室することができました。ただ、後からでも確認できるような暗証番号の再案内や、謝罪等のメールはありませんでした。「その場のトラブルが解決しさえすればいい」という姿勢が透けて見えてしまい、やはり誠実さを感じられませんでした"

"Great location opposite a supermarket and only a short 8-10 minute walk to the station.Our host was great with communication and quick to respond to questions.The area is very pretty and locally authentic.The living area was spacious for Japanese standards and the host provided welcome snacks and cold water bottles in the fridge. "Stayed for 10 days and it was great for a single occupant with a decent amount of luggage. If you have a lot of luggage and there's two occupants, it might be a tight squeeze, so think about how much room you want, or if youre just using the room to sleep and showr!"
