"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! "Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule. The room was clean, modern, and spacious (the bathroom was a bit small, but that worked fine for me). The staff was friendly, and if you are looking to stay in Midtown, the location is unbeatable. "After paying typical NY prices (read: "high") for the rental, and then the service's fee on top of that, the renter tacked on an additional $96 "cleaning fee" at the conclusion of the rental--as if changing the sheets and towels costs $96! The place was otherwise left in cleaner condition than it was found, so hard to see what that "extra" fee went towards--and why it was tacked on later, instead of part of the entire rental fee."

"The room was great, when you go upto the rooms on the corridor it looks dated, could do with new external doors on the rooms to make communal areas smarter.
