Marisol was so friendly at check in and gave us great information. I was traveling with older family members and one of the staff (I didn’t get his name) actually came to the room to help when they had questions about the coffee maker. It was a small thing that probably could have been handled on the phone, but the man took the time to actually show them how to use it. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who asked. "
