solo travellers would feel pretty safe. The location is very convenient for transit, tour busses, and easy walks to sights. It is also right in the thick of things so keep in mind the hotel can't control what is outside. They do provide a calm atmosphere inside."
"Our room was on the 28th floor and only 1 elevator was operable for floors 21-28. Had to wait up to 10 minutes a few times. No explanation why the other 2 elevators serving these floors were not working."
