"This was the perfect location when staying in Savannah. The parking spot was the main attraction for me while looking for a place to stay. It was close to Forsyth park but just far enough away that it was quiet the entire time we were there. We were able to walk almost everywhere while also being able to drive to the store to get groceries. The only thing I would change is the shower head. It definitely needs upgrading. "

"The inside of the house is organized. The carpet and rugs have a lot of animal hair which kept sticking to our clothing. We have people who are allergic to cats and dogs so this was an issue for us. There was a broken floor board in one of the rooms and a nail sticking out too. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and there was sufficient supply of towels. The location of the property is within a reasonable distance to all touristy stuff. "

"This was a really cute apartment and the pics represented the inside well. Everything was very clean and there were a couple welcome gifts which was nice. It was a short walk to great sights, parks and restaurants. The only reason I can’t give this property a 5 star review is because of the area it is located in. It’s.. a little sketchy.
