I took one star because when we stayed they were in the middle of moving new furniture in and upgrading rooms so we didn’t get to experience the renewed rooms completely.. "

Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Plus, the price was very reasonable for everything offered. "Hosts were very responsive. Beautiful floors, be respectful and don’t wear your shoes. Good walking distance from the park and coffee shops. About a 30-45 min walk to the riverfront. Great scenery along the way. We felt safe and comfortable. We recommend staying here. The only downside is the noise from upstairs guests. Not unexpected though, hardwood floors up there too. "
