"Checked in on Friday 4/17/26. I reservation for 6pm. I went and turn on the shower Luke warm water. I suffer through it . My wife went to shower went from Luke warm to cold. (she was not happy). I proceeded to call the front desk . Well wouldn't yo know it the phone did not work. I then went to the front desk to report the problem (the 1st for 4 times going to the front desk for the same issue). I was told someone would come to the room (no one came). The next day go to shave no hot water. Went to front desk was told that they were working on it. I was told that the laundry was using up all the hot water. (did not by that excuse). I waited a 1/2 hour as I was told to do then check it. Waited still no hot water. Finally after the fourth time complaining. The staff did something then hot water came on. This was about 630 pm on the 18th. I will never again book this hotel. "

"This hotel is in an ideal location and it is the best feature overall. The rooms definitely need renovations, especially for the costs of the stay. I stayed there years ago and not much had changed in decor or esthetics (furniture, etc). The front desk staff was amazing and one of the staff Tania was very helpful, which was much appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the staff working there was very friendly. My one major complaint was that the glasses on the bathroom counter in my hotel room were used with lipstick stains, which was unsanitary and a health hazard. The valet parking is pricey, so more hotel-specific affordable parking options would be a great addition for guests. Thankfully, the rest of the stay was enjoyable and the view from my room was beautiful. I hope the hotel/management will work on renovations and cleanliness for each room to ensure that guests have a quality stay that encourage them to book there again. "

"My stay was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. When I first got there i was asked to change rooms 10 mins after unpacking my stuff. No big deal. The second night I had to change rooms again and was charged more for a smaller room. There was no hot water so had to take a cold shower, the hair dryer didnt work, the TV didnt work, the internet didnt work, i went to talk to the kiosk because there are no staff on-site and they fixed the internet for maybe 10 mins, so I couldn't work, the pool was down for maintenance, the room smelled like smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room. I checked out at 4:30 and was only given a half refund."

"Breakfast was great, good choices. Hot tub was hot enough just no towels. The next we stayed and candlewood suites in Fredericksburg for the same money and it was awful. Tv didn’t work, filthy and smelled like smoke. No refund or didn’t care. We travel a lot and we will look for best western for sure."
