They have some yellow dirt or something all over the restroom floor. Bathtub is extremely dirty and having black spots. Shower doesn’t work properly. No towels provided. Coffee maker didn’t get cleaned from ages. You can hear other room people from your room."

They told us it was nothing they could do about it because the room was booked through a third party. So I paid for a room I didn’t stay in. They told me I can’t get a refund. I am not happy. I have use this service before but if this is what I may face again I may not this again."
