"Easy access to the hotel off 81 and friendly and helpful staff!"

"Very friendly staff. Restaurant has delicious pizza! Upgraded TVs! Breakfast was processed low quality food - white bread, pancake machine from a plastic bag, sausage, eggs, blueberry muffins( this was very good but like grocery store quality) biscuits and gravy — apple and banana as only fruit, no veggies. This place is more of a motel. "

"The hotel is older but has gone a refurbishing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The noise from the trucks on I-81 was slightly bothersome but otherwise a good place to stay. "

"I arrived at the hotel and was told that they didn’t have my reservation. This was a nightmare. They were able to print off my booking, but continued to tell me that hotels.com didn’t pay them. The money had already been taken out of my bank, so I could not afford to purchase another room at the time. I stayed in the lobby on the phone trying to figure out the issue with hotels.com and the manager came out telling me that I needed to leave. This was almost 12am and I had nowhere to go. They told me I could not remain in the lobby to find out the issue. The two ladies were very rude and inconsiderate. "

"Great place to stay, wish we would have had a longer stay. We will definitely return for another stay in the future."

"Room was nasty. Beds were dirty, towels dirty, there was trash in the fridge and a dead roach. "

"The staff were very polite. The room was in need of repair (rusted tub, plaster slapped on wall with doorknob protector disc over the top of it, bed was lumpy and saggy a d there was a mold/mildew smell). The continental breakfast got worse each day we were there. The juice machine wasnt working, the coffee was subpar, there was a choice of cold cereal, yogurt or a waffle. The yogurt i chose was bad and i threw it away. I did manage to make a waffle each day, but the overall breakfast was very disappointing. We were thankful to find a reasonably priced place to stay close to our daughter's home."
