"Travelled with my friend and we received a very warm welcome. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous and beautifully kept. Our room was spacious and tranquil too. The food was wonderful and fresh. Our hosts were very kind to us. The hotel is located in the hills, with a spectacular drive up and it is hidden away, only adding to its serenity. A perfect place to relax after seeing sites around the area. "
"The only positive aspect of our stay was that the owner really tried but unfortunately the staff wasn’t very helpful:
1. Restaurant: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the restaurant and the service. The menu had very limited options and the staff failed to accommodate our dietary restrictions (due to health concerns). We stayed there for 8 days and we did not receive a single correct order on any of the days - they consistently mixed up our orders.
2. Music: The music at the beach...

Das luxuriöse, kleine Hotel mit drei Zimmern und einem großen Pool hat uns vollumfänglich überzeugt. Das türkische Frühstück war delikat, frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr reichhaltig. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls großzügig geschnitten mit einem herrlichen Bad und einer windgeschützten...

"Öncelikle neşeli bir karşılama ile karşılandık. Kaldığımız günler boyunca içecek ikramları oldu. İstediğimiz sıklıkta oda bakımı yapıldı. Hizmet karşılama ilgi alaka müthişti. Ama otel fiyatlari nedense kazdaglari genelinde cok pahali, bu oteli de ayni sekilde fahis fiyatli bulduk. Otelin onunde kucuk bir bahcesi var ve baska vakit gecirilecek alani yok. Fakat hizmet ve yemek kalitesi guzeldi. Kesinlikle gidin diyebilecegim bir yer olmadi maalesef"

"The property is pretty aged and not clean. There are limited food options but fairly tasty. The a/c was not working properly. The staff I wouldn’t say the happy employees, but they are friendly and helpful when you need them. In addition, the customer profile is a bit challenging population. In a nutshell, I wouldn’t stay there again."

"To start with the room was not what we booked, we booked a sea view room and ended up with a street view room!
The electricity key was broken, it was a challenge to put the key in to have the electricity to work.
Was quite noisy as well.
The smell from the toilet was disgusting, we told the receptionist but as they didn't speak English, they didn't do anything about it!
The hotel is really old and can benefit from some modernisation and maintenance.
To be honest the property is not worth the price we paid, I would not book it again and advise against it."
"A lovely boutique hotel in Cunda within walking distance to the marina, restaurants, market. Parking across the street. Delicious Turkish breakfast with generous serves. Staff were friendly and courteous. The standard room was a little small but comfortable. I’m sorry I don’t speak Turkish to thank them for our short but enjoyable stay. Cunda is quiet and relaxing away from the busy-ness of Ayvalik and a short distance further if thinking about a stopover. Make sure you go to Tas Kahve for Turkish coffee or gelato and watch the coffee beans being ground by a handsome Turkish man lifting a 33 kg weight!"
