"Location was terrible, garbage collection and sewer collection across the road not to mention the runway and shakes the structure when they take off. Place had an odor of mold in it. When we arrived it was a cold rainy day and our room was just above freezing. Took 5 hours with the lack of insulation in the house to warm up enough to remove our coats. "Not quiet worth for this price unless it is shared by a group of 4-6, just a old homestay instead of villa, cannot sleep well with the strong wind and heavy rain, due to noisy environment created by the old building. And it is remote area, be careful to drive there. "

"If you have a family of seven or have a large group, my advice is to go with a home. Even though this location is in between Narita Airport and Tokyo, the 15-minute or so walk from the home to the Fusa train station is doable. You just have to make sure with the train schedule that you are able to catch the last train back from Tokyo to Fusa at night.
