We stayed here for 2 nights, quite disappointed there is no crab on the first day breakfast..but luckily we had crab on the last day breakfast, yeah!
our room has oceanview and we really enjoy the view; hotel has supplied kimono and we really love it, the bed is so comfy and room is big and clean; staffs are nice and explained all the amenities to us; they have water supply at each floor and free parking in the front

The staff was fantastic, the facility is well located in the city, surrounded by fun Izakaya, and close to the public beach. I was surprised by the free drink after check-in, as well as the delicious bento breakfast in the morning. The onsen consistent up to Natural mineral baths, in a nice indoor and outdoor setting. I do wish it had a cold water bath, as well. The onsen was quite a long walk from the room, bur manageable. The staff spoke some simple english, but we're very helpful in Japanese...

The room was very clean with comfortable bed and bathroom . Very spacious and clean front lobby for meeting with friends and relatives. Very close and convenient location to Yonago Airport . The plane took us to Haneda and further to Narita for our return trip to US. I will definitely return to this hotel when I have a chance to return to Yonago.

This appears to be the best choice among the several hotels near the Matsue train station. Itās across the street from the station and you can use an underground passageway to get to the hotel. The hotel has a large lobby, easy check in and well supplied rooms. Itās doubtful that the other hotels have such a good breakfast as the Matsue Excel. Thereās a wide variety of well prepared Japanese and Western breakfast items to start your day.
