"An extremely well run resort. Check in was a bit difficult to find but very friendly and efficient once found. Nice apartment in good location. Nice balcony in sun from midday. Lovely view. Cleaning and housekeeping excellent. No hot water on day 1 made phone call to reception and maintenance around almost immediately and fixed it. No way to make ground coffee ie cafetière but generally everything you need."

"Beautiful place to stay. So pretty. Everything you needed on site or within a 5 min walk. Indoor pool was empty which my SEN children loved. Staff were lovely and gave us a map of local things to do. Very clean and a lovely balcony to look at the mountains first thing in the morning. "

"Nice big room but little more, Huge pool but it was completely unusable by anyone human due to the unnaturally cold temperature, if you were somehow brave enough to get in you were soon informed you were breaking the pool rules in some way by the pool side staff, oh and don’t forget to pay for towels before you get in the pool or it’s a wet walk to reception to pay All sun-beds had towels on them by first light something I had until now thought was just a joke, the kids pool gets the sun first so all these sun beds are immediately blocked by sun worshipers, parents can’t sit anywhere near their children in the pool you have to stand or sit a distance away in the shade Room was big but basic, shutters didn’t work, sink blocked, electric tripped every time we used any appliance Two local “convenience shops” were dreadful, dirty, expensive and staffed by rude people The beach area was just awful, accessed by what seems to be an overflow tunnel next a swamp it was dirty and unsafe for kids The worse part was the terrible smell, next to a reception is a god awful pizza / Indian restaurant which the bad smell of bad curry greats you as you first arrive, by the time we left everything we own stank of said curry smell Zero to see or do for miles around the complex, everything requires a bus or taxi to get to except the handy seedy nudest beach Promoted as a family friendly resort with lots of entertainment no evidence of this other than the daily pool side bingo, 2/10 Max"

"The only negative was the breakfast: I understand they are catering to the British palate, so be prepared for the eggs and omelettes to be quite tasteless with no seasoning; the pastries seem to be mass purchased and not worth it. The fruit was good though."

"I'm trying to be as objective as I can. Property was great. Views, great. Worth it. Pools were closed, not good. We ran out of water in the room, (Wife Pregnant) asked the front desk lady, we were told to wait until night time to get refills from the cleaning staff. What is the world right? Weird. There was a restaurant down stairs right by the stairs, 8 PM, we asked if we could stop by for some dessert or light snacks, we got told to go to the bar area instead. We want to the bar area, bar area doesn't serve drinks after 6 they said. So we just went inside our rooms and made tea there. On another day, a gentleman working at night was able to offer us water though. Later we found a loophole that if we want something to drink to go to the gym they have a water station there. It's easier than asking at the front desk because we would be told to wait for night time. Juan working the valet was great. Compensated for the other (older gentlemen with smug face) who was not so great. Juan was helpful, would offer water. Would smile. (Not everyone does that here.) I still chose to leave 5 starts because the property is great, and I would still say its worth to check it out, people like Juan do care and are the reason people should still come it regardless of the folks that work here who should not have a job in hospitality. Besides that, Juan is great. If you come here, if you need any help, talk to Juan. Juan is friendly and likes to help people."

"Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment with a good size balcony, beautiful sea views and two great swimming pools within the complex. Apartment was well equipped and a great size for a family of 4. About a 15 minute walk to the beach with supermarkets, cafes etc about 10 minutes away. The hosts could not have been more helpful - provided lots of very useful information about the apartment and surrounding area and responded to any queries we had very quickly. We had a lovely family holiday. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return. "
