Spacious apartment with a unique location next to the beach in Calahonda and with a stunning view to the Mediterranean Sea.

This beautiful apartment, located in Calahonda del Sol, has a front terrace from which there are stunning views of the Mediterranean and in clear weather, one can glimpse the exotic Atlas Mountains in Africa. The terrace is nicely furnished with an outdoor sofa and 2 sofa chairs.

INTERIOR
The apartment is modern and functionally furnished with quality. It is ideal for both holidays and work.

Once you enter in the apartment climbing the first set of stairs you will find the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with most of the basic things and have fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc, and exit to the laundry room with washing machine. Next to the kitchen, you have the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area with a smart TV and Chromecast. From the living room there is access to the terrace. Here you can relax with a coffee at all times of the day while enjoying the beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea. From the living room climbing the second set of stairs you will access the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms.

BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
The apartment has 3 bedrooms located on the top floor, all with views of the Mediterranean, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet.

- Master Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, a TV and en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
- Bedroom: Double bed and air conditioning
- Bedroom: Double bed with air conditioning. The bed in this dormitory can be splitted into two single beds if necessary.

The 2nd bathroom with shower is by bedrooms 2 and 3. Guest toilet is located near the living room.

There is Wi-Fi and air-condition throughout the apartment.

Within the community there is 1 swimming pool which is available from March to November. At all of the lovely areas in the community you will be able to enjoy the view to the Mediterranean Sea.There is outdoor parking within the urbanization.

The walking paths within the community is characterized by the well-kept garden and from these paths there is direct access to the beach. At the beach there is also a walking wooden path called “la senda del litoral” where you can take a stroll to the east or west side of the beach.

A nice beach apartment due to its facilities and with its excellent location next to the beach it makes for a great stay at all times of the year.

Our month in Calahonda
The property is part of a large apartment block with 16E being situated at the southern end and overlooking the sea. The apartment also overlooks the swimming pool. My wife & I booked the apartment for four weeks and we had different friends come and visit us on separate weeks. We drive down to Spain each year for two months and we invite good friends to join us.

Amazing stay in depleted pool apartment
Property was even better than it looked in the pictures. Really clean and everything you could need, even a little trolley for the super market! Pool was superb and there were lots of beautiful grass areas and umbrellas to lie under. We had 4 kids with us, ages 13 and 18 and they made friends with other kids from different nationalities in the pool. They had a ball! Beautiful restaurants close by and everyday shopping was done in Lidl- which was a short walk away. We survived without a car and got the bus into La Cala etc which was under 10 euro for 6 people!! We loved every minute of our stay and we’re so sad to leave. We dealt with Rincon rental as the property managers and they were superb! Nothing was a problem as they were only a phone call away. Thank you so much. 😎
