The apartment has a large terrace with fabulous views of the sea and the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a coffee maker, blender, oven and washing machine. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room. It also has WIFI and TV in the living room and master bedroom.

    In the community grounds there are 4 swimming pools, a tennis court, a paddle tennis court and a bar-restaurant. all surrounded by gardens where you can walk and have a good time relaxing.

Idyllic Stay in the Heart of La Cala

José was the consummate professional throughout our stay, meeting us upon our arrival and offering us a tour of the property. The apartment is as listed - Two well-sized bedrooms with 2 clean bathrooms & a comfortable living area. The balcony is a highlight, with a view over the golf course and of the sea. All in all well worth the stay. We highly appreciate José & all his help

A great time in Spain!

We could fully enjoy every moment of our holiday. All the communication with Mr Moscoso was perfect, very friendly and entirely relaxed. The apartment is exactly like it is described: well located, well maintained, well equipped, spacious, sunny, with a nice view from the great balcony. Free and unlimited access to a tennis court and to a indoor pool. Additionally to all that we really enjoyed the garage parking space (directly in house with elevator).

Relaxing and unwinding

The property is advertised, all facilities available, which given the spanish drought, we weren't sure pools would be available. Jose Luis a truly congenial host, extremely easy to deal with. Great considering our late arrival and early departure. A car deffo recommended but the private garage made parking no issue. Beautiful location with lovely view over the golf course to the sea. Highly recommend and would deffo return.

Great stay

We stayed at this condo for 5 weeks. The unit is well located, about 1 km from the ocean (you should have a car to get around), clean and well equipped. Our host was very responsible to our different needs, and was present to greet us on day of arrival. Thank you Jose Luis. We would definitely come back to this area.

Golf break

This apartment is well situated for a golfing holiday. However it is only just adequate. We stayed for 8 days, there was no extra toilets rolls available. No kitchen roll or extra rubbish bags. No linen change or towel change. Only small things but make a big difference. There was no instructions on how to hand the keys back as no reception. Would suggest that both bathrooms could do with a refurbishment and bedrooms need mirrors in them.

Sehr gut , Jose Luis hat uns gut betreut, es gab einfach einige Kleinigkeiten , wie WC- Papier zu wenig vorhanden, Reinigungsmittel keines, Waschpulver für Maschine ?? Weis ich nicht ob dies vorhanden sein muss. Geschirrtücher zum abtrocknen. Im Der Anzeige unbedingt erwähnen TV keine Internationale Sender ( in englisch oder deutsch ) nur spanische Sender.

Magnifique sejour à Mijas Riviera

Nous avons passé 9 jours dans l'appartement de José Luis et ce fut une très belle expérience. L'appartement est spacieux même pour 6 personnes, 4 adultes et 2 ados de 13 et 15 ans qui ont dormi sur le canapé sans problèmes. Tout était propre et conforme à l'annonce, la vue sur la mer et le golf depuis la terasse sont incroyables. La résidence est calme, nous avons profité des deux piscines sans souci, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde même en plein mois d'août. Il y a une supérette à 10 min à pied avec du pain frais, sinon il faut prendre la voiture car la residence se trouve tout en haut dune colline mais cest le prix à payer si vous recherchez des vacances au calme et loin de la foule. En résumé, nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez José Luis.

Magnifique séjour sur la Riviera del Sol.

Bonne communication avec l’hôte José Luis. L’arrivée s’est bien déroulée malgré une heure très tardive. L’appartement est grand, propre et très agréable à vivre. Lit confortable. Très grande Smart TV LG au salon. Le vaste balcon donne donne sur le terrain de golf de Miraflores et la vue s’étend jusqu’à la mer. C’est très apaisant… on ne s’en lasse jamais. La vue est magnifique. Le petit snack de charcuterie offert par l’hôte est venu en renfort au petit déjeuner le lendemain de l’arrivée. seule point négatif est l’absence d’eau minérale à l’arrivée. Des produits d’entretien même en petite quantité auraient été appréciés. Un moyen de transport est indispensable Uber, voiture ou autre véhicule. L’immeuble se situe à 1.2 km des bus et des taxis. Un taxi depuis l’entrée de l’urbanisation/route A7/Supercor jusqu’à la résidence coûte plus ou moins 6-7€ . Uber jusqu’à la plage de Cala de Mijas 8€. Jusqu’à Marbella 20€.

Riviera del sol

Très bel appartement, bien équipé avec une très belle vue depuis le balcon. La voiture est indispensable mais la plage la plus proche ne se trouve qu'à 2 km. La résidence est très agréable, les piscines sont adaptées aux jeunes enfants, il y a aussi des terrains de tennis et de padel. Parking souterrain et résidence sécurisée.
