Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Riviera del sol, offering breathtaking sea views and a convenient location just a short walk away from everything you need. This spacious accommodation is perfect for up to 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or friends looking for a comfortable and memorable stay on the Costa del Sol.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space that seamlessly blends contemporary design with homely comforts. The living room features cozy seating and a separate table so you can enjoy the view while working, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The adjacent dining area offers a great spot for enjoying delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances and all the essentials you might need.
The apartment boasts two inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep. There is also a sofa bed in the livingroom. The master bedroom features a comfortable double-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two cozy single beds. Both bathrooms are elegantly appointed and stocked with fresh towels, and one with a hairdryer.
One of the highlights of this property is the private terrace, where you can savor your morning coffee while taking in the views of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. It's also an excellent spot for enjoying al fresco meals or simply basking in the warm Spanish sun.

Included amenities for kitchen and bathroom(soap, toilet paper, washing detergent, ect.) are starter packs. After that, it's self-catering

1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am
2. No smoking, no drugs
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean and respect neighbours and community rules
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving the door unlocked. it is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government.
