5 bedroom villa, with private gardens and pool, walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. This lovely villa is perfect for family holidays.



The spacious lounge, leads out to a large terrace, some of it under cover and onto the pool and garden with a BBQ. There is a separate TV room (with a smart TV) and a dining area leading to a fully equipped kitchen.



Downstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate toilet and upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms also have mezzanine levels that can accommodate another 3 people (a single + a double bed).



The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and complementary Fibre-optic WIFI.



This charming and peaceful villa has security gates and private parking and is situated in Lower Calahonda within 15 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.



As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.



Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.



Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.



Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
