"Love this hotel but the whole having to use the key card for the doors and elevators is annoying, the elevators itself was annoying literally had to wait 20mins for it to open, the whole valet parking as well is terrible and expensive."

"i only showered there 1 night of my 3 days stay. the shower was never set correctly. it would vary between scalding and cold tap no matter where i set the handle. i hd to se the shower curtain between me and the shower stream or i would be burnt i believe. the first time it swung toward very hot i hurt the palm of my hand trying to deflect the water when i put my hand on the shower head. the cold water didn't hurt but it was very bracing and i would not have wanted to shower in cold setting only. my room was very large and quiet. the pool water was just bearably cold but did not have to share it. the valet was often overwhelmed. i would stay at the Crockett again hoping the shower was only unruly in the single room."

"Clean, close to downtown and lots of attractions but removed enough to be quiet and have PARKING! Place smelled amazing. I have zero complaints other than parking can be hard to come by if it's at night. There was a security guard in the parking lot at night which was wonderful though. Breakfast was just ok. We will definitely stay here again."

"I would not stay here again. Waited nearly an hour after checkin to have our room available. Our room was still dirty with a pair of used socks left by the bed, hair in the shower as well as used pimple patches on the wall. We attempted to order room service the last night we were there and could never get ahold of anyone. I ended up calling the hotel restaurant directly and ordered my food for pickup. Terrible terrible customer service. We were given a $100 food credit but that didn’t even cover the $55 per day for parking."

"The AC wasn’t cooling the room properly and the restroom was outdated and the shower floor very slippery the rate I paid for one night due to coming into town on short notice of a family medical emergency I was not impressed with the room at all but overall it was a good stay"
