"Staff were great, very helpful. Room was big and airy. Rooftop bar and restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast buffet was extensive and first-rate. The location could not be beaten - near the Duomo but away from the crowds. Only downsides were no drawers/shelves in the room for clothes, only hangers. No iron and ironing board available even on request.Prices in the restaurant and bars were very high. Overll though a great hotel, would stay there again"

"Pleasant Hotel, located within walking to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast included with the price of the hotel. Friendly staff, both in English and Spanish. Nice room on an upper floor with a small balcony facing the street, which was overall very quiet. Based on the cost of other hotels in the area - and while I did consider this a little pricey for a smaller room - I would probably stay here again. "
