"Reserved a king suite and the tiles in shower were broken, shower door wouldn’t stay closed and water pressure was awful. Fire alarm went off around 630 am by an alert system in room. No follow up from staff or notifications via txts or email. Front doors do not lock after 11 at night. The property had numerous water leaks."
