Nice, quiet, modern hotel

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. A short distance from the centre, about 20 min walk in a quiet area. No hotel bar and no bars nearby mean a bit of travel is required if you want to sample Milans night life

Quiet area & clean hotel about 12 mintue-walk from central station. The highlight of our stay was Silvio at the front dest, he was super helpful with tips on dining & getting around. He also helped us plan a trip to Serravalle outlet and when we returned he made sure to supply us with chamomile tea to relax!

The hotel is within easy walking distance of a subway station. Once on the subway you can easily get to the Duomo or roam all over the city. There are several cafes nearby. The hotel is small but well appointed and clean. The rooms are also small but well appointed and clean. The air conditioning did its job during very hot days. The staff and management were very accessible and helpful.

The room was beautiful in spite of it being small. Everything was really clean and tidy. The only thing I would complain about is that my reservation was cancelled on the same day because of an issue with my card without prior notice, which was a headache since we would have to find a place to stay in if there weren't rooms available. The staff was nice enough to wait for us to arrive and saved us the room we ordered when we made a second reservation. Other than that everything was perfect

Staff was very nice and accommodating during the duration of the stay. Hotel is clean and cute. Surrounding area is noisy but that is expected due to the city. One of the few hotels that offers parking for a reasonable rate as well!

Convenient and safe. Staff are very nice and helpful! We arrived the hotel very early in the morning, so we left our luggage at the hotel storage. When we where back to the hotel around evening for check-in, we were amazed to see our luggage already in the room.

Das Personal der Reception war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend sowie sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden auch bei unseren weiteren Besuchen in Milano Centrale im Biocity Hotel übernachten. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und ist zu Fuss ca. 10 min. vom Bahnhof entfernt.
