Only thing we like - bathroom. It is not a 4star hotel as it is rated. Expedia is making fool of rating. It is a motel. They gave us smoking room saying non-smoking...horrible smell, ashes on bed..yuck

The place was terrible. Looked Dilapidated. While the receptionists were trying to be cordial, the manager scolded them when there requested to book taxi's. Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel.

Ich habe hier zur Messe ĂŒbernachtet und der Preis war sehr gĂŒnstig, daher kann ich nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt, und insgesamt war alles fĂŒr italienische VerhĂ€ltnisse in Ordnung. Ein Spiegelei zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck hĂ€tte gefehlt, aber sonst war es akzeptabel. Besonders angenehm war, dass man das Auto direkt vor der HaustĂŒr parken konnte. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit frischer Milch anstatt Pulver wĂ€re eine Verbesserung, aber insgesamt war es okay.“

Lors de ma rĂ©servation, j'avais prĂ©cisĂ© que je souhaitais une chambre non-fumeur. Cependant, lors de mon enregistrement Ă  15h, le personnel m'a donnĂ© une chambre fumeur. En entrant dans la chambre et en constatant cela, j'ai immĂ©diatement appelĂ© le service client pour demander un changement de chambre. Malheureusement, on m'a informĂ© que l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait complet et qu'aucune chambre non-fumeur n'Ă©tait disponible. J'ai essayĂ© de rester dans la chambre pendant dix minutes, mais il m'Ă©tait impossible de supporter une telle ambiance imprĂ©gnĂ©e de fumĂ©e. En emportant tous mes bagages, je suis retournĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception pour demander un remboursement. À ce moment-lĂ , le rĂ©ceptionniste m'a finalement donnĂ© la clĂ© d'une chambre non-fumeur, qui Ă©tait initialement prĂ©vue pour un client n'ayant pas prĂ©cisĂ© ce besoin. Ce membre du personnel s'est montrĂ© trĂšs peu professionnel. Il aurait Ă©tĂ© plus logique de me donner cette chambre dĂšs le dĂ©part, car elle correspondait Ă  mes exigences. Lors de mon appel pour signaler le problĂšme, leur attitude n'Ă©tait clairement pas orientĂ©e vers la rĂ©solution de la situation, mais plutĂŽt vers une rĂ©ponse Ă©vasive, en me disant qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres non-fumeurs disponibles. Le jour de mon arrivĂ©e, il faisait environ 20 degrĂ©s, mais le chauffage des toilettes ne pouvait pas ĂȘtre Ă©teint, ce qui augmentait considĂ©rablement la tempĂ©rature de la chambre. J'ai dĂ» dormir avec la fenĂȘtre ouverte toute la nuit, ce qui a permis aux moustiques d'entrer.

Goed voor 1 nacht.

Ik slaap ongeveer 80 nachten per jaar in een hotel en dat zijn altijd 4 of 5-sterrenhotels. Dit hotel heeft ook 4 sterren, maar zou er eigenlijk maar 2 mogen krijgen. In de jaren 80 was dit waarschijnlijk 4 sterren waard, maar het is intussen sterk verouderd. Bij dit motel parkeer je voor je kamer en dan weet je eigenlijk al wat voor soort gasten je over de vloer krijgt: klanten van de prostituees in de nabijgelegen straat en arbeiders die in de buurt op een werf bezig zijn. Het was dan gelukkig ook maar voor 1 nacht. De badkamer leek gerenoveerd, het onthaal was vriendelijk en de prijs was redelijk. Tot nooit meer.

Gute Lage, parkplatz vorhanden, frĂŒhstĂŒck auch gut,sauber. Verbesserung: da ich aus dem Ausland kam und ich ein auslĂ€ndisches handy hatte , fragte ich ob das Motel mir ein Taxi bestellen könnte. Wurde abgelehnt. Finde dies nicht dienstleistungsorientiert!

Det her hotel er ikke 4 stjernet. Beskidt vÊrelse ved ankomst, der var taget af flaskerne i minibaren, altsÄ halvfyldte. Servicen pÄ hotellet er ikke eksisterende, de ville ikke engang ringe efter en taxi for os, hvad der er ret problematisk nÄr man ikke selv taler italiensk. Og sÄ kommer vi lige til den vÊrste, de reklamerer med udendÞrs swimmingpool, men hey, der er ingen swimmingpool pÄ dette hotel!!!
