The location is the GOOD part: walking distance from several restaurants, bars, and a shopping center. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, it smelled very musty in the room every time we entered it. As a result most of the time we would leave the window open.

We came for a night to watch AC Milan and stayed here. Receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and gave us our room 2 hours before official check-in. Hotel and room were clean and tidy, shower and toilet were immaculate, the former worked well also. Very convenient for travelling as it was a few mins walk away from the metro line. Would definitely stay again if I visited Milan or went to the San Siro again

Staffs were nice. The room was nice enough but I couldn’t turn one of the lights off at night, which was annoying.. the room was quiet so that was plus. I could go to anywhere by walking.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Great location with easy access anywhere, the staff I interacted with were nice, room was tiny but that was expected and since I was alone this did not matter. Comfortable bed, great shower, clean and pretty modern/new. My only complaint is the room has too many of those tiny lights everywhere (fire alarm, smoke detector (blinking) TV, room card slot (bright green or red light that lit up the entire room), so the room is not completely dark at night, for those that are bothered by it (like me) this was annoying, also the A/C, if one has it set to a low temperature, it kicks in every few minutes, which woke me up several times. But I’d stay here again!

Dark corridors

Public area and corridors are not comfortable, dark and corridors maintenance equipment parked on the way. Corridors are not extra narrow; and wraps around to get to the room.

Room layout was the weirdest. Shower was separate from toilet and had a curtain in front of it which was so uncomfortable. No Parking on the premises. I had to drive around few blocks for an overnight parking which wasn't cheap either. For the nightly rate i paid, i think its not worth for this type of accommodation, i would recommended a different place.

6 minutes walk to the metro that takes you towards duomo. 15 mins walk to the Centre. Room was so small & dark. As soon as we walked in it was super warm and it had a very interesting smell which did not smell good at all. Bathroom was small and it had rust all over the tiles. Bed was big but it was not comfortable, only gave us 2 pillows which were comfortable and it was flat. Housekeeper didn’t even take our trash when they came in.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! I arrived 2am and they sold my room to someone else after informing them I would be checking in then. Moved us to their other hotel which was in a homeless area and very unsafe, moved back the next day to HEART and asked for the air conditioning to be turned on the staff advertised it doesn’t get turned on until the summer? False advertising and booked because it was warm weather and needed AC. Hotel refused a partial refund and Expedia did nothing to help after contacting them numerous times. Really bad experience!! Hotel was dirty and needed a good clean

I had an amazing stay at heart hotel Milano this week, the room was modern and gorgeous, the bathroom was big and clean, and there was a lift too. The staff were so friendly and always at reception to say hello when we came in, they even have a page with a barcode to scan which tells you the staffs favourite local food spots. The beds were comfortable and when we asked for extra pillows and towels we were given them by the time we got back to the hotel after exploring the city. It is a bit far from duomo, but the metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there's a tram opposite the hotel too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in milan.
