Very helpful and friendly staff. They accommodate us earlier than check-in time which was great after long flight from Australia. Very clean room and bathroom. Sound proofing. Excellent location cross the road from central station. Very convenient when you have an early train to catch.

The hotel was comfortable, quiet with good service from the staff. The hotel is very close to the central station giving access to just about anywhere. The lift is very small barely fits two people and luggage but we were very glad to have it. The biggest disappointment was not the hotel but the air quality in Milan, very bad, giving me a sore throat.

We only stayed one night. The room was very clean and worked for what we needed. The Mercato is right across the street which was great to try different foods. This place was a little hard to find and it is right next to the bus station. But overall it was great and the staff was very friendly.

It was very convenient to the train station. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but there were a few areas needing repair. Bed was comfortable, shower was great! We would stay there again.

This small hotel is conveniently located near the trains and metro. The area is a bit rough and busy. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable.

Great location, and exceptional property.

Within a brief walk from Milano Centralia station, this hotel is extremely convenient. It's across from the station, and has tons of stores and eateries within walking distance. The property is extremely modern, as if it was renovated very recently.

One of the closest hotels to Milano Central Station. I was going to take the train to the Airport however there are buses that sit outside the hotel so took a bus to the Airport instead. It was a great ride and so convenient. The hotel was awesome for an overnight stay with multiple dining options nearby. Room was excellent for a solo traveler and even had a terrace. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great, but to find seven hotels in one building was a bit of a shock. The Central hotel is on the second floor and breakfast on the fourth. original old lift in good working order. generally a good hotel very close the the central station
