The hotel itself was outdated with rooms that were minimally furnished. While the food was good, the restaurant looked like a cafeteria. This is not a 4 star property and is set in a questionable run down neighborhood . The staff was very kind and helpful .

The family room we booked was great for the family of four. The room was very spacious and clean. It was also quiet so we could get a good night sleep. The staff welcomed us when we check-in us in near midnight. Late check-in was a key factor in us choosing this hotel. There are nearby bar and trattorias if you need a quick bite before going out for the day

Excellent service

The service is excellent. There was a problem with the heating in the room so we got 2 portable heaters and extra blankets. The next day they moved us to another room. The staff were friendly.

Nice budget hotel. Quite a jaunt from San Siro stadium though. Took us 1.5 hrs to walk back after a concert as no transport was available Otherwise no complaints
