Park Hyatt Milan... where do I even begin? This is easily one of the finest hotels in Milan, and a property that consistently exceeds expectations. The location is unbeatable, the building is beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the rooms are spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The interiors strike a perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and sophistication. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. From the front desk and concierge team to the valet attendants at the entrance, everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The level of hospitality is simply outstanding. The dining experience is equally impressive. La Cupola serves absolutely delicious food in a beautiful setting, making every visit even more enjoyable. I've stayed at countless hotels in Milan, including virtually all of the city's major five-star properties, and Park Hyatt remains one of my absolute favorites. It's a hotel that consistently delivers an exceptional experience, visit after visit. A true five-star experience in every sense. Always a pleasure to return, and highly recommended!

The nicest most attentive staff one could meet. Bedroom and bathroom were superb as was the buffet breakfast. Position near the Duomo and the excellent shopping streets was a huge bonus. Two small matters that need addressing: the freestanding magnifying mirror in the bathroom falls short of the standard expected. Its magnification is very low and one has to bend down to look in the mirror. There is lots of lighting in the room but no low level lighting to visit the bathroom safely in the night.

MAGNIFICENT STAY AT ONE OF ITALY'S VERY BEST!!!

One of the best hotels in Italy. For our anniversary trip, we toured Europe for 2 weeks, and the Park Hyatt Milan stands out from the rest. The staff and facility at the Park Hyatt Milano are exceptional. It's located in the heart of the chic Galleria and just next door to the famed Duomo. A short walk to all the fashionista shopping areas. But the room was beyond exceptional. Notably, the bedroom and bath area exude the ultra fashionable vibe that Milan is known for. They were stunning! The staff was incredible, treating us like royalty, literally walking us to recommended restaurants in the area. We were constantly greeted by their professional staff throughout our stay. And did I mention that "killer" bath area? Just can't commend them enough for a wonderful stay. Beyond 5 stars!!

We just completed a two night stay at this hotel. Wow! What an incredible experience! The Park Hyatt Milan is now one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite (thanks Amex Platinum); the room is very spacious and stunning! Every staff member went above and beyond to be helpful and make our stay as special and memorable as possible. We were joyously greeted at all times and the staff made us feel like it was genuinely their pleasure to help us. We were so comfortable in our room and throughout the hotel. The hotel is centrally located right in the center of town. We absolutely loved this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. Bottom line - you are missing out on one of life's greatest pleasures if you do not stay here. We're looking forward to our return!
