Someone unlocked our room door and walked in at 11pm. It was dark in the room so unable to make out the face. They quickly closed the door and left as soon as I voiced my concern. Scary incident for my wife and I

Lovely new modern building but not a 4 stars standard , very poor customer service, no slippers and very poor toiletteries supply in the toilet . Requested an extra blaket for the night that was not available . Overpriced .
