Villa in the heart of Milan (x 8 persons)

Our bright villa is located in a pretty private villa, which is closed to traffic. The villa is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV SAT. It is split across 3 levels and a total of 160m2.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen and induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and juicer. The luxurious sofa in the living room becomes a comfortable double bed, if necessary.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and bathroom).
The naturally lit below ground level has a large fully furnished, airy and bright room. It has a large double bed and study area.
There are 8 beds in total, 4 beds in the bedrooms on the first floor, 1 double bed in the below ground room and 1 double bed using the brand new and very comfortable sofa bed on the ground level.
In the laundry room, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, stencil.
The property features a large garden and a large terrace on the ground floor. These are equipped with chairs, tables and armchairs so you can enjoy a relaxing coffee or an al fresco dinner. There is a parking space for 2/3 cars at the front of the property.
The villa is newly refurbished; apart from a few vintage items, is brand new - including beds, mattresses, sofas, and wardrobes. As well as linens, dishes and utensils.
To make your arrival as stress-free as possible, a nice bottle of Italian wine, tea, coffee, and water will be waiting for you. Slippers, soap, shampoo, shower gel, 2 hairdryers, etc. will be available in the bathrooms.
There are also guidebooks in both Italian / on the lesser known and more characteristic of Milan.
How to get around.
The villa is very well connected to all areas of the city by metro, trams and buses. The villa is a 3-minute walk from Zara metro station, which is on line 3 (yellow) and 5 (lilac) - You can reach the Duomo, the central and the Garibaldi train stations. The villa is located in a neighborhood of the small detached villas close to the lively Island district. Island's cafes, bars and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The villa is situated in a gated cul-de-sac.

Equipped wi-fi, satellite television and air conditioning, is located on 3 levels, for a total of 160 square meters. The house consists of a double living room on the ground floor, dining area and lounge area, with bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric combi oven and microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, juicer. In the living room the luxurious sofa, if necessary, becomes a comfortable double bed.
On the first floor 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, the other with 2 single beds) perfectly furnished and a bathroom.
In the tavern a large room fully furnished, airy and bright (large window as in other rooms), with large double bed and study area with desk, for any work needs.
In the large room a new and very comfortable double sofa bed.
In total 8 beds, (4 in the rooms on the first floor, 2 on the ground floor and 2 in the room in the tavern).
In the laundry room, next to the tavern, washing machine with detergent, iron and ironing board, drying racks are available.
Large garden and large terrace on the ground floor and terrace also on the first floor, all three equipped and living with chairs, tables and armchairs for a relaxing coffee or an outdoor dinner. In the garden possibility of fenced parking for 2 cars.
Just renovated, all the furniture, apart from some vintage pieces, is brand new including beds, mattresses, sofas, wardrobes: bathrooms and kitchen are brand new, as well as linen, dishes and crockery.
To make guests' arrival comfortable, a bottle of fine Italian wine, tea, coffee and water will be available, as well as what is needed in the bathroom (slippers, soap, shampoo, shower gel, 2 hairdryers etc.).
Guests also have access to some bicycles to visit Milan independently and a book / guide in Italian / English on the lesser known and more characteristic attractions of Milan.
How to move.
The villa is well connected with all areas of the city with subway, tram and bus lines. The villa is a 3-minute walk from the "Zara" stop of lines 3 (Gialla) and 5 (Lille) of the underground. You can reach the dumo, shopping areas and museums in a few minutes, as well as the train stations "Centrale" and "Garibaldi".
Also available umbrellas (hoping they are not necessary!).
