The rooms were right next to the Argentinian consulate in an office building, which was weird and it meant it was super annoying to get to — you had to buzz the front door and the go up a set of stairs to reach a designated elevator. But worst of all, the concierge convinced us to spend an additional 50 euros to upgrade the room with “Duomo view” and told us it’s “really special” and that the bed was extra amazing. "It was very difficult to check in as staff was not present and the phone was not answered and there was no exterior signage. The rooms were new and nicely appointed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We needed to ask for a hair dryer and an iron as they were not in the room. "
