"The Victorian is in the process of being restored. The location is convenient to the downtown area, but parking on a narrow street was a concern and the steep steps up to the front door would be hard for some visitors (it is noted in the description). The hot tub was not clean and was only 3/4 filled with water so we never used it. The pool table has many rips and the cue sticks were missing their tops so we never used the table. The owners were quick to respond which was helpful."

"We had a great time staying at Steve’s VRBO. The house was gorgeous, and there was plenty of space for us to just hang out and relax. I would highly recommend this to someone looking to stay in the Bettendorf/Moline area."

"Great location."

"Location was great"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great nearby restaurants, bars, and 10 min each way to the casinos! The loft was clean, enjoyed the kitchen space, and pull out sofa bed for a 3rd guest. We appreciated the warning of the train and brought extra ear plugs lol"

"We enjoyed staying here!"

"The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!"

"Always enjoy our stay at a Nelson Loft. Great location! "

"Property worked perfectly for our group. Large kitchen and counter space, dining room table for meals, large gathering areas, comfortable beds, the garage was appreciated. Close to restaurants, gas stations, and the fairgrounds. Highly recommended!"

"We were thankful for a dog friendly home that had a fenced in backyard. After a week of traveling our dogs loved it."

"The room was great, the red head with glasses at the desk was terrible though."
