Overrated place for the price you pay with little differentiated entertainment offered. Going all the way from US and paying top $$, I’m sure other locations can offer way more. What we got in Greece, Croatia and Egypt for the same or less in money was much more…I’m talking food quality (not variety maybe), the rooms and the entertainment the hotel offers on daily basis. Having their three main restaurants for an additional fee for dinner even though all inclusive (or majority of the wines) was a surprise as well. Their service cars use the same walks guests use and they drive as if they are regular roads with no pedestrians - saw them hit a kid once and things escalated with the parents (they were Turkish so didn’t understand much of the conversation - but father was about to kill someone) Beach is full of pebbles and the part with more sand or the dock gets all reserved at 5/6am and when you ask them to help you out then they can’t do anything - although they clearly state that no flatbed reserving is allowed…all locals tip around the towel and beach helpers so they get those spots and no one says anything, had to resolve to the same solution ourselves from day 2.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt im Titanic Luxury Bodrum. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr saubere und komfortable Zimmer mit Ankleidebereich sowie den angenehmen Nachtservice. Auch das Essen in den À-la-carte-Restaurants, insbesondere im Hasir Restaurant und im Steakrestaurant mittags, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nach einer anfänglichen Beschwerde hat sich das Hotel bemüht, auf unser Feedback einzugehen. Frau Katarina und unser Gastassistent Muhammet waren jederzeit erreichbar, haben das persönliche Gespräch mit uns gesucht und uns mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten eine Freude gemacht. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir im Hauptrestaurant, das zu Stoßzeiten sehr laut und teilweise etwas unorganisiert wirkte. Zudem wurden die als „Adults Only (+16)“ ausgewiesenen Bereiche nicht immer konsequent eingehalten, was für Gäste, die gerade deshalb buchen, enttäuschend sein kann. Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir unseren Urlaub genossen und würden das Hotel insbesondere Familien sowie Gästen empfehlen, die Wert auf schöne Zimmer, eine gepflegte Anlage und eine große Auswahl an Restaurants legen.

All was fine until the check out day- asked the team night before that our flight is late at night and if we could have a late check out. No reply- supposedly have own personal assistant..on the day asked again, was told can wait in the lobby!! With a 9 year old until 10 pm. Asked to see manager, asked if they don't have late check out.. half baked apology.. despite all the saga, front reception ringing when I am vacating the room..premises luxury,service/ mentality so amateurish..

Ce n’était pas notre premier séjour à Bodrum, mais c’était notre première expérience dans cet hôtel — et sans hésitation l’une des meilleures que nous ayons eues. Nous avons séjourné sept jours avec notre fille de 7 ans, et tout a été absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le kids club est de loin le meilleur que nous ayons connu jusqu’à présent : encadrement exceptionnel, activités variées, notre fille ne voulait plus partir ! Le service est tout simplement irréprochable, que ce soit dans les restaurants, à la plage ou dans tout l’hôtel. La qualité de la restauration est remarquable — chaque repas était un vrai plaisir. Les chambres sont magnifiques, spacieuses et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’attention portée aux détails se ressent partout. Ce séjour a été magnifique et inoubliable. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs incroyables et une seule envie : revenir l’année prochaine. Tout était absolument parfait — un vrai 10/10.

Sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel mit tollem Bereich für Babys und Kleinkinder. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Der weiße Sandstrand und das klare, grün schimmernde Meer sind wunderschön. Einziger Nachteil: Das Abendprogramm ist je nach Zimmerlage deutlich hörbar, zudem sind die Zimmer recht hellhörig.

Everything—from the moment of arrival until the final departure—was designed to make you feel truly special. The service was wonderful; the room, the view, and the food were all perfect. The sea and the beach were magnificent, and the part of our stay we enjoyed the most was undoubtedly the pavilions. However, we owe a special debt of gratitude to our service team—our "attendants"—who truly made us feel privileged and left us saying, "We are so glad we came here." They were the ones who truly made this vacation special for us: Mr. Ali, Mr. Anıl, Mr. Melih, Mr. Berzah, Mr. Cebrail, Ms. Nisa, Ms. Bilge, Ms. Rimma, and Mr. Samet. Liked: - sea view visible everywhere - sea is great - al carte restaurants were good. Disliked: - Major issue is about the staff. They quarrel in front of guests. They are not accessible for ordering. - Given a room that did not match our request (requested king bed but got 2 double beds, which were only able to fit 1 person for each) - Toilet was smelling bad and our room was positioned far from the activity areas. - Open buffet quality was bad and variety was limited.

I loved staying here! We booked the deluxe sea view room and it was incredible. We had a top floor room, a massive balcony, a bathroom with every piece of toiletry you’ll need, a snack bar that was replenished daily and a nice lounge area. The beach was incredible, perfect for families and couples. There’s 2 private areas on the beach that are age 16+. You can order drinks to your sun beds although you’ll need to go to a restaurant to get food. The pool was massive and the water slide was so fun. So many bars and eateries on site, there’s not enough time to try them all. The food was super delicious, cocktails were excellent. The only downside was that service isn’t great at the Al a crate restaurants, we found it to be a bit slow and waiters would always forget what we asked for/ordered or would get it wrong. Although there were some super lovely people working there. Guest assistants Aybuke, Melda and Unver were a delight and so prompt when dealing with our requests. Emre at the patisserie was very sweet to us. Highly recommend staying here!
