4 ‘top of the range' King Beds to provide you and your guests the sleep you deserve on your travels. We emphasise rigorous cleaning protocols and cleanliness.

Clearview Waters is a prestige modern 4 bedroom 3 bathroom House with 160 degree elevated water views over the Dockside Mildura Marina. It is within 300 metres of the start of the Mildura Riverfront Development, 350 metres from Dockside Cafe and within 1.3 kilometres of Mildura's renowned Feast Street gourmet dining precinct.

The Villa is ideally suited for up to 4 couples as well as Corporate clientele. It boasts two upstairs bedrooms each with ensuite, robes and king beds (one is splittable into 2 singles) and two downstairs bedrooms comprising 2 king beds (one is splittable into 2 singles) both with ready access to the feature bathroom.

Features to the accommodation include:
> New 75” TV to living (with Netflix, Foxtel, etc) and smart TV's to the bedrooms.
> Strong Wi Fi connection.
> New leather reclining lounge suite.
> Modern kitchen with all facilities including fridge/freezer with ice making facility, up market Coffee Machine, etc.
> Spacious patio with outdoor table seating 8 and with gas BBQ and gas Pizza Oven.
> Upstairs balcony with access from the main 2 bedrooms.
> Private internal courtyard with heated spa pool (Water is replaced before each booking)
> Quality bathroom facilities.
> Double garage with auto door.
> External stairs to Marina Walk that connects to the Riverfront walking trail.
> Needing a massage? Then the Sanyo vibrating massage adjustable chair/bed in the living area will relieve those aches and pains.

Ideally suited for families and up to 4 couples. The Villa is in an established residential area and it is not available for hens and bucks nights, adult sporting trips and parties. These rules are strictly applied.

Tranquil resort style accommodation awaits. North facing for winter sunshine on the patio and lounge. A weekend booking? - then stay an extra night(s) at reduced Thursday and Sunday night tariffs. Walking distance to Mildura’s famous ‘Feast Street’ restaurant precinct, splash park, riverfront and paddlesteamer wharf.

If you have a speedboat, jet ski or fishing boat we can provide a nearby secure mooring site in the Marina close to Clearview Waters at a slightly extra cost. Gated key access with power and town water.

Perfect in everyway!
This beautifully designed, quiet and stylish home was well appointed and suited an 8 memeber family weekend away perfectly. We all found the beds comfortable, while the kitchen and bathrooms contained everything we needed. We all made use of the spa which relaxed muscles after a hard day, as did the massage chair. In the mornings we were blessed with lovely sunrises, complimented by the grand pelicans, making it a perfectly relaxing location.

We had an amazing time. Chris and Yolanda were Fantis to deal with. So good to have our boat moored directly out the front. Great location. Will be even better when there is garden and tress opposite. oh and the breakfast package was an awesome welcome, so too the wine! A real treat1 Thanks again for an amazing trip. Without doubt this is a 6 star house/apartment and would be the best property available in Mildura. The owners prepared it for us with a driveway & balcony you could eat your dinner off & was cleaned a inch of its life - a beautiful presentation. With large bedrooms, 2 with en-suite, huge lounge, large balcony and all the mod/con's & more - spa, pizza oven, smart TV , Clearview Waters is a prestige accommodation, all in a quiet part of the city, down on the river. Attention to detail in this house, from the solid doors to the double glazed windows - is simply amazing. However it is the addition from the owners, whom simply want you to have the best time in their town, with coffee suggestions, dining instructions, right down to all the little things they leave you to enjoy. Our family loved this stay. Being a prestige property, this is not for everyone, there are plenty of choices in this town, however those seeking a top of the range house, in a fantastic position, enjoying everything you could imagine from a 6 star environment, there is no other place to stay in Mildura. We cannot rate this stay highly enough & would return tomorrow. It is no coincidence that there are only 5 star reviews, I tired to put in more, but was unable. The all important bedding, (often overlooked in many accommodation's), is top notch and included Egyptian thread count sheeting, little wonder we all slept well Your Host are travelers themselves and understand what a fantastic stay is all about. If you want to stay at the best, you have found it. Regards

A sunny break!
The house is beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. Perfect for a group of friends as there are 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fabulous position on the marina, centrally located with a great entertainment area. Very clean and beautifully presented with a fabulous breakfast provided. Thanks to our hosts Chris and Yolanta for their hospitality. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home is beautiful, quiet, has everything you could possibly need. We loved Mildura, it is so clean, the people are friendly, even during this dreadful time. We had a great meal at Cafe 1909 at the Sailing Club, and the service was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer, but were lucky we were able to leave before the government closed the borders! Luxurious, relaxing, beautiful clean home, hosts wonderful.
We stayed for a week, Great place! Our hosts had loaded the fridge with breakfast for the 1st morning, so much breakfast that it lasted the next 3 mornings. Very nice bottles of local wine (that we drank). Our accommodation was so relaxing that two days we stayed at "home" instead of going to shows (shows were the reason we had gone to Mildura) Wonderful holiday!

Very peaceful few days in a well appointed home!
Our family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed in this property for a couple of nights and we all agreed we should have stayed longer. The house is well appointed with everything you are likely to need while away from home. The location is very tranquil, easy walk to the river even for the kids. Chris’ attention to detail, welcoming brekkie and vino and the easy to follow ‘how to’ info made our stay very enjoyable.

Perfect place to stay
Had a great stay with Chris under bad circumstances for my family. The house was clean and well presented with everything you need. The breakfast in the fridge for us to cook and wine were a great touch. The double glazed windows were great to block outside noise. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
