The property was not what we expected of a Mercure. The building area we stayed in was old and tired, carpets was bit tired and dirty. And bathroom had problems. Bed was hard. Saved somewhat front office by staff being friendly and supportive. I will not stay again, as the price value equation was ordinary.

Comfortable beds, good pressure shower. No wifi, which meant no casting, barely any tv channels. Upstairs heater in kids room didn’t work & the one in the master leaked on us during the night.

We stayed here for the Australian Jazz Convention, it was close to the venues. The hotel itself was old and tired, the rooms needed updating, particularly the bathroom. There is an excellent bar and restaurant attached, but not part of the hotel.

Honestly, this was an amazing stop over. The check in was quick and easy, the room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and it was close to a bunch of amazing restaurants and cafes.
