"Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms.
There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days:
• Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception.
• No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times.
Design issues:
• Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

"Overall the stay was fine. We were in the back of the building, overlooking the back yard of the neighbor. So it was very quiet. The bed was fine. The location in old town was very good. An easy walk to almost everything.
The only glitches were some sparrows nesting on the lights outside the room. We left the door open and one flew in and flew back out when it saw no exit. The other thing was the small refrigerator. It made a lot of gurgling noises so we unplugged it at night. But...
