"First of all I did not stay at the home. I was going for a funeral and the days were moved. I messaged to see if I could move the dates and they said they could not and it was not refundable. I understood that but wanted to move , not cancel. They would not help. Then they not only did not let me move my dates but they charged me a cleaning fee even though I did not stay. They said it was part of the rental. They also kept the deposit because they had to wait until the rental period in case...
