"There's no ice machine so customers must go to the front desk and ask for ice then the disgruntled employee goes to the kitchen area to get you a small bucket of ice. This place has been cutting corners for a long time. Every place I look something is broken or half way fixed. The sports bar on premises doesn't have food. This place is a six out of 10."
