"We loved staying here. The bed was very comfortable and the room location was quiet. We arrived later than expected and the host called to check on us which was very nice. We made arrangements for the key. It is actually around the corner from where TomTom took us, so if using that system just continue until end of road and turn left and it is there on the left. "We stayed in ground floor accomodation. Problem with lounge area. Not private. Sofa bed for sleeping 3rd person had no privacy. Lounge and kitchen open to all those occupying floors above ours as they entered building from street level front door. No wall or door to give privacy which was rather disconcerting. Also no security for personal property. Although we had private bedroom for two and private bathroom the description of the property was not as advertised. "

"Overall our 4 nights stay was mediocre. The rooms are big but need modernising as the bathrooms are small and very outdated. The location of the hotel for our family wasnt great. The pool is not very clean but would have been great if they use a robot etc to have it cleaned. As per previous reviews Mosquitos are bad, we stayed at 5 other places on our trip and didnt experience the same. No restaurant at all and bar open only until early evening. The cleaning staff are fantastic."
